I also want live reporting, it would be great if I could right click on the appt on the calendar and see in the appt history, when they "checked in, got sat, doc arrived,..... etc" with the time stamps. Most of the time, I will hear they didn't check in until x time. But I can't see that until the whole appt is over in the practice efficiency report; it's a little cumbersome.

This would be amazing! It was so helpful to have a history of pt's past appt's if they had rescheduled or were accidentally moved off the schedule, to know where to move them back to. Also helpful for us to know how many times they have rescheduled their appt.
