If we want to stop a patient's contract for a period of time, we should be able to pause so no monthly payments accrue and the autopay is stopped

In our old texting service we were able to type out a message and if needed select a drop down to change the text message to a different language, like Spanish or Somali. this would be an extremely helpful option for communicating with our ESL family's/patients

I'd like to be able to schedule future comms like special reminders. Sometimes I want to send a message that I would like patients to receive first thing in the morning. This would be useful for sending birthday messages as well.

To keep things balanced, we would like to have the ability to generate reports on how many patients each assistant sees each month and what type of appointment they are seeing patients for. This would help us avoid inadvertently overburdening any of our assistants.

Can we have the medical history form resend automatically each week until it is completed? It is really challenging to have a patient trying to fill it out during a new patient exam and we are unable to get the insurance information to verify ahead of the appointment.

I would love to be able to look at the Next Day's dashboard to be able to prepare the night before, rather than have to do it in the morning.

There should be a way to delete appointment types or at the least edit both of the name fields to correct errors or changes.

It would be ideal to have the software save a time stamped PDF version of the medical history in the patient's documents after they submit it. It would be much easier to access than the Task Basket and we would have it in a document format to be able to review and print as needed. (Similar to the way we are able to see the HIPAA consent form.)

Integration with 3D treatment planning capabilities of Nemotec, allowing STL and cbct integration, treatment planning movements of individual jaws, traditional 2D ceph tracing, etc.

You currently cannot select "move to another treatment" and move any Mango voice summaries. So if they go into wrong plan, they can't be moved over. Or you can move all treatment note cards out of a plan and delete the plan, but the Mango summaries will be deleted forever from that plan.
