It would be ideal to have the software save a time stamped PDF version of the medical history in the patient's documents after they submit it. It would be much easier to access than the Task Basket and we would have it in a document format to be able to review and print as needed. (Similar to the way we are able to see the HIPAA consent form.)

This would be extremely helpful to have what they documented in a PDF form in case of any discrepancy's that we can go back to look on. Not just the signature of their acceptance. Especially when they don't list names under phone numbers, emails etc.
