You currently cannot select "move to another treatment" and move any Mango voice summaries. So if they go into wrong plan, they can't be moved over. Or you can move all treatment note cards out of a plan and delete the plan, but the Mango summaries will be deleted forever from that plan.

When patients text us after hours, I would like them to receive an auto-reply. That way we can say something like "We are currently closed, but will respond to your text as soon as we are back in the office. If you are experiencing a true orthodontic emergency, please call or text us at (emergency line #)." Our office predominately texts, so we leave a lot of people hanging when we are gone.

Can we work on integrating Scriptagram with the Greyfinch Automation Hub? It would be nice to triggeran automation after a New Patient Exam is scheduled to send Scriptagram videos or verbiage or both to a patient. Like: the videos "Welcome to Our Practice" or "What to Expect at Your Consultation" etc.

We’ve recently been utilizing the Patient Hub more often when patients ask to make a past-due payment. One issue we’ve noticed is that we don’t receive any notification when a patient makes a payment through the Hub and only recognize that the payment was received when we review our monthly report. Would it be possible to add an automated email notification to certain staff members when a patient makes a payment through the Patient Hub? Ideally, the notification could include the patient’s name, payment amount, and the invoice/account the payment was made toward (if any).

It would be nice if there were a way to automatically no-show a patient after a certain interval of time past their scheduled visit. This would help our scheduling team from accidentally checking in a late patient, who may need to be rescheduled.

Aligner tracking for patients using any aligner company. Enter the total number of aligners for the series, assistant enters the aligners given to the patient and the tracker counts down according to the number of weeks go by. The data needed will be how often patient changes the aligner and a space to plug in the number of refinements the patient has had. This would help troubleshoot patient questions/concerns and help clinical and doctor determine which aligner the patient should be in at time of visit.

Can there please be a way to send a text blast for patients in a certain treatment status and NOT have it depend on there appointment status. We would like to send a message to all active patients with a account balance letting them know that we are switching PMS systems and therefore, there auto draft payments will need to be updated.

Good morning! We saw the notification mentioning the upcoming GreyFinch and OrthoFi integration, so I wanted to send over some requests that we at Excelsior Orthodontics are particularly interested in! As the treatment coordinator, I would LOVE to see an integration of the medical forms. Currently, we have to send 2 medical forms - one from GreyFinch and one from OrthoFi. We would love to be able to send only send one all encompassing medical form to our patients! We would also love to see a seamless integration of the ledger and the insurance benefits. Currently, in GreyFinch, patients can input their dental insurance information in their medical forms. However, finding this information is tedious because we must go into Tasks to check the medical form text instead of seeing it directly on the form. This sometimes leads us to incorrectly assume patients lack benefits, and we'd love to eliminate that extra step. We would love to see their insurance information easily and make it much more accessible between OrthoFi and Greyfinch! We are so excited for this integration, so thank you for all of your hard work! Good morning! We currently have our patients with OrthoBanc-Breeze merchant payment system. Is this something that can be integrated. Right now, every month we have to reconcile manually our ledgers. Is this something that will be planned for the future. I know Greyfinch is integrated with Payabili but I had paid a few lot of slots with OrthoBanc and I am not willing to change for now.
