It would be nice if there were a way to automatically no-show a patient after a certain interval of time past their scheduled visit. This would help our scheduling team from accidentally checking in a late patient, who may need to be rescheduled.

Great idea. Additionally, a task basket could be created with these patients so that we can know if we need to add a missed appt fee.

AJ Ortega you should be able to set up an automation that when an appt is marked no show, a task can be created to a board. Just create your board first
