To keep things balanced, we would like to have the ability to generate reports on how many patients each assistant sees each month and what type of appointment they are seeing patients for. This would help us avoid inadvertently overburdening any of our assistants.

Could we get a report for tracking appointment history? We would like to be able to go under a patient's chart and show a list of appointments kept, cancelled (with change history), and missed.

There are events we have for particular schools or for homeschoolers, so it would be great to be able to generate a school report to create mailing lists.

In the "Needs Appointment" report, there is no way to tell when the last completed appointment was. For instance, the patient could have been seen yesterday and said they'd call back to schedule. They shouldn't really be on the "Needs appointment" report because they don't need one. We need a way to filter by last completed appt date. That way I could see all the people that haven't been to an appointment since say 3 months ago, and ALSO don't' have a future appt scheduled. Those are truly the "needs appt" patients. I know you can choose completed appointments, but that doesn't give me the ability to say "who hasn't been in for 3 months or longer".... So, a column for LAST COMPLETED APPOINTMENT DATE would be awesome!! Thank you :)

I want to be able to generate reports about relations. For instance, I will want to market to families with children within certain age ranges in the future. I don't see a way to generate a report for all patients with relations who are 7 years old, if I wanted to market about expanders. I will want to market to families with 12-year-olds to say it's a perfect time to get started so treatment is done in time for high school. I will want to market to families with 16-year-olds whose insurance will expire at 19 to make sure they get their treatment done in time to take advantage of their benefits, etc.

We need the ability to track how many appointments each patient has kept, cancelled, missed, # of comfort visits, estimated and actual treatment times, and treatment fee (after discounts), and an average cost per appointment for each patient, all based on their treatment type. This was a report we were able to track in Ortho2.

There are multiple reports we'd like to be able to run and see when the patients last appointment was. There is a completed appointments field but it shows you EVERY appointment the patient has ever come in for, not when there last one was. Building on this it would be helpful if there was a field for how many DAYS since their last appointment.

This will help with more clean and clear area to track past due accounts. Once an account goes 30, 60 and 90 days past due it goes into a task board for follow up.

I would love there to be an option to have the total balance of an account added to whatever report I want to run. For instance, if I run a report of debonds scheduled, and want to know who has a balance left to pay, I have to go through each patient, rather than having that information collected for me on the report.

A popular metric that would be really nice to have is the "Share of Chair" for aligners vs. braces. It would be nice to have it done monthly as "# braces starts / # total starts" as well as "# total braces / # total active patients". This would also be done with aligners and perhaps Phase 1.
