To keep things balanced, we would like to have the ability to generate reports on how many patients each assistant sees each month and what type of appointment they are seeing patients for. This would help us avoid inadvertently overburdening any of our assistants.

Kim Duffy I run the practice efficiency report, remove the patient info, and plug it into Claude. I have a skill that gives me this info, based on assist and appt types. I do wish this report also gave what doc they saw too. That would help a lot. But yes, agree the report needs work.
