We would like the ability to set permissions at the individual user level, so we can control which users have access to which features and data in the system.

Across our practices, team members have very different responsibilities, and giving everyone the same level of access isn't ideal for security, accountability, or day-to-day workflow. Being able to assign rights by user (or by role) would let us give each person exactly the access they need.
