In Dolphin the software allows you to mark "sooner if possible" on an appointment and a place to write notes so that a patient can be added to a "cancellation list" which can be seen by the scheduling coordinator. This allows us to move up an appointment for a patient if someone cancels esp in a desirable time of day and allows us to fill up chair time if someone falls off the schedule
