CC Capture for Online Bookings

We're building a feature that allows clinics to collect and securely store a patient's credit or debit card details at the time of online booking — without charging anything upfront.
What this means for your clinic
- Reduce no-shows— patients are more committed when a card is on file
- No charge at booking— patients are clearly informed their card won't be billed today
- Optional & configurable— you choose whether to enable this step in your online booking flow (Leads App)
- Customisable messaging— set your own text to explain your cancellation or no-show policy to patients
- Card saved for future use— the card is stored securely on the patient's profile, ready to use if you need to process a no-show or late cancellation fee later

This is a fantastic idea!
Our new patient consultations are complimentary, however we do charge $250 for second opinion exams/consultations for patients in treatment elsewhere. It would be great if we could have the option for the patient to schedule a second opinion consultation and pay while booking.

Can we somehow have this feature be able to be applied based on parameters. For example-if the patients age is 18-30 (those are my biggest no shows) or if they are from one leads app (such as a google ad) but not if they are through my leads app from another source. The biggest one would be age I think.

Adam Reynolds: we can look at extending this once it's out. Do you use different leads apps for various sources?

Garvan Gallagher I do, however this doesnt solve the problem. For example I have a webpage that is hiddent that hold the leads app for Google ads. However it is attached to my home page and if after getting to the landing page they can go and explore our home page and then any schedule now button from the website is not going to be the google ads one. So there is not a way to make sure they only schedule in a specific leads app.
