I would like to restrict employee clock-in and clock-out access so that it can only be done from a desktop computer in the office. Employees should not be able to clock in or out using their mobile phones.

This!!!! YES! This would eliminate so many problems. I hope this is something you will be able to offer!

OR greyfinch clocking in and out application we could download on an ipad and have at the front of the office, with employee codes to clock in and out-just a thought

I didn't even know this was allowed! Absolutely agree with Karina. Employees should not be able to clock in via phone. And I would love a more detailed version to the timesheets showing overtime and lunch breaks to calculate payroll a little easier. Adding a detailed employee directory for admin/office manager and doctor to use to add in their date hired/allowed hours worked per day per week.
