It would be helpful when building a schedule template if the arrow was cross hatched (both a vertical and horizontal line vs the current horizontal). This would allow the user to easily identify the correct time to add a visit. With the current set up, it's really easy to accidentally make an appointment type 5 minutes earlier or later than I meant to.
