Do we have a release date on this?

We are in the final stage of testing this feature. It's something everyone is going to use so we are being cautious in rolling it out. It will be in beta in the next few weeks and hopefully we can start rolling this out to everyone towards the end of October. Apart from having customizable reminders for different appointments, it will be very valuable in automating patient comms for other flows as well. Thanks for your patience.

This feature is currently in testing, with a few more minor dev items needed before making it available. We know it’s been highly requested, and we’re putting a lot of energy into getting it right before release.

We will start small with this and do a closed beta with one or two customers for a few weeks so we can refine it if needed, before releasing it more widely. Thanks for bearing with us, we’re nearly there!

Updates? We would love to customize our reminders so that there is one between making of appointment and the day prior

Patients like the reminders. Front office would like to be able to have only one of those text reminders to have a prompt to confirm appointments.

Is there a release update on this? Our patients are getting duplicate reminders and we'd like to customize it more
