Have the option to set text and email reminders as default when creating an account rather than having to manually turn each one on. It is more rare to have patients request NO text/email reminders than those who do. So we should default the settings to have them turned on and manually turn those off who have requested.

We are releasing a new version of the patient profile soon - in the next few weeks, and this is something we've changed. A new contact (email or phone) will automatically be opted in to receive appointment reminders. You won't need to manually do it.

Mason Orthodontics this has been done, when adding a new contact from the profile it will automatically enable the checkbox for appointment reminders. There is only one contact for preferred, so you will still manually have to define which is preferred.
