It would be great to be able to download the medical history or have it converted into a printable form in the documents section (similar to how the contract works)

Yes! I completely agree! I have also requested this in the past, as well as a PDF downloadable version of the new patient exam is completely critical in my opinion. It would be nice to be able to print previous exams compared to newer ones.
