I wish we could go back to edit our notes, payor and payment method, at least within 24 hours. It is annoying to make a simple mistake and then have to take 5 mins to fix it.

Today, I got a phone call in the middle of entering a note in the ledger, and had to not save the note, because it wasn't done and I had to switch patients. Then I had to reenter the whole note.

I also wish we could go back and edit the payment method or payor if we picked the wrong one instead of having to reverse/refund the payment. For instance, I chose check payment instead of insurance check payment. Or- I forgot to change the payor from the Dad to the insurance company...
