We’re continuing to evolve Greyfinch into a robust, AI-native platform - embedding AI directly into everyday workflows to reduce manual work, improve communication, and deliver better insights across your practice.
This will include areas such as:
  • Assisting with patient communication
  • Supporting clinical and admin documentation
  • Generating patient insights and summaries
  • Automating follow-up and operational workflows
  • Turning reports into action (e.g. identifying patients who need attention and triggering next steps)
  • Assisting customers with support-related questions
Our focus is on making AI practical and actionable—working within your existing processes rather than adding another tool to manage.
Importantly, this is being built with security and compliance at its core. AI capabilities are native to Greyfinch, meaning your data remains within the platform and is not routed through third-party applications. This allows us to maintain HIPAA compliance while also enabling deeper integration with features like Automation Hub, reporting, and the broader Greyfinch ecosystem - including 3rd party apps.
This foundation will allow practices to extend AI capabilities further—both within Greyfinch and through connected applications - without compromising control or data security.
