This initiative will deliver a newly worked Calendar with a much improved UX across the board.
- Searching for a patient using the global search will pull up a Patient Overlay, which is essentially a summary of the patient's profile, medical history, ledger and treatment.
- The calendar will have more data points necessary for schedulers to visualise availability and schedule appointments, rearrange and reschedule.
- Appointments will be easily changed (appointment type and duration) once scheduled.
- The process to reschedule appointments in bulk will be improved.

Thanks for the updates to the calendar! There needs to be a way, however, to view all the columns on a mobile phone. As it is, there is no way to see all the columns or scroll laterally to see them all.

Jackson Griffeth: Thanks for your feedback. We’re releasing an update in the coming days that will make it possible to view Greyfinch on a phone. The update isn’t a fully optimized mobile view yet, but it will allow you to zoom in adn out and see all the info you need, including the Calendar, Comms, Tasks, Patient chart etc.

loving all of the updates being made. we do not love that the previous days are now greyed out. we like to go back and see the day as a whole.

As you're working through the new calendar, it would also be helpful if when you're overriding the template, you could multi-select appointment types.
