Thanks for your patience on this, I know it's been a very popular request. We are releasing an update to Comms today that will allow you to navigate to the patient (sidebar) without leaving Comms. If you need more info from there, you can access the various patient chart links in the sidebar.

On the top row of Comms where it shows the phone #s, it would be nice to have a link to the patient's chart so that we can click on the phone # and be taken to the patient's chart instead of having to search for it.

Yes, they text to r/s, and then need to search their chart up. instead of just being able to click their name at the top of the comms and have it open their chart. I agree :)

I was just thinking how this would work if multiple family members share the same phone number. I think all the charts of patients with that phone number should open

Agree. Same from reports. You should be able to click on the name when it comes up and reports and have it take you to the chart.
