This initiative will take a few phases. Initially we plan to deliver some static reporting dashboards aimed at providing clinics an insight into key financial and clinic indicators.
Secondly, we will improve the engine that delivers ad-hoc reporting in My Reports, and a more efficient way of building reports and provide a more flexible approach to Stock Reports.

on the practice efficiency report I would also like to see which DOCTOR saw the patient. and id really like exact time stamps of all the steps., check in time stamp, seated timestand, called doc time stamp, doc left time stamp, unseated time stamp. I am running this info through Claude, to get metrics and be able to find pain points and clinical template issues, help with coaching and all that. But the way it sits right now, its not a super helpful report with out time stamps.

I agree with Buddy Davis's entry regarding the accuracy of the reports changing depending on parameters. I wish the report could allow for a primary parameter, then all the next parameters work off that one- showing a blank or something where there is no applicable data...

It is great to see that reporting is being looked at closely and updates are being made. I get the question all the time from the GF crew and others: what would be the number one thing that I would like to see improvements on. After using GF for the past 9 months, it has become clear that reporting is #1. We are a larger practice that lives off of reporting and KPIs. We are having to do way too much manual work right now, using spreadsheets to be able to figure out a lot of the data that we need.
The way the reporting module is set up makes a ton of sense and looks like it will work out really well. The issue right now is that the reporting may not be accurate depending on which parameters you choose in your reports. For example, if I want to see how many future consults are scheduled, I can create a fairly basic report that gives me the numbers that I'm looking for. If I tried to add another parameter, such as who referred the patient, it gives me a different number based on what looks like whether the patient has their referral in GF or not. I hope that makes sense.
I know that there are a lot of Cloud9 alumni at GF. They are all familiar with the data miner in Cloud9. Now, data miner was a bit complicated to use, but once you figured it out, you could essentially pull any data you wanted out of Cloud9. I do believe the way that reporting is in GF is how this is structured. I look forward to seeing new updates soon on reporting. Thanks.

On the Dashboard, does this count include "rescheduled" appointments? If so, this is a deceiving number.

Hi, loving the new Morning Huddle on the Dashboard. It would be great it we could have an ALL option to see all locations together for the metrics. I do like seeing each individual location, but at a quick glance in our huddles we look at all offices collectively. Thanks

We just joined Greyfinch- excited to learn to use Greyfinch effciently. One thing that would be great would be something like this from my previous PMS. You can drop down and select: today, this week, this month, this quarter, and each box is clickable to open that report. Please see attached
On the right had side if you click LOAD DATA: it sums up patient status in Inv, braces, Ph I, Ph II. Active accounts, Past Due 30, 60, 90, %past due. % delinquent. Due in future receivables, # active pts, # active Tx extended, etc...

An option for how many months in out of how many : i.e. 13/18 to give a quick view when looking over billing as an option to make in reports
Dr. Ortega
It would be great to include daily production in the day sheet report.

updated the status to

We have made improvements to the report builder and will be pushing out some new stock reports in the next few weeks
- Practice Monitor Report - detailing production, collections, AR and key stats for a given date range.
- Financial Summary Report - detailing a breakdown of production and collections per month in a given time frame.
Due to improvements in the report builder, the second part of this initiative will be pushed for now

Great news! Will patients beyond estimated treatment time be in these reports? Thank you.

AJ Ortega: In the next few weeks, it will be a field (months beyond completion date) you can choose on the report builder. So it will only be >0 if the estimated completion date has passed.

Garvan Gallagher since the KPIs in dashboard are not correct. Can there be a way to compare certain date frames in the practice monitor report? Example - if we pull June 2026 - can the report pull and show a comparison to May 2026 and June 2025 like the KPIs did?

I would really like an area (ideally, customizable) where we can see our most important/used kpis in one place so that we can click once and have all of the information in one location. I just switched from Tops, and I really liked their Practice Monitor that has all of the info I need in one place so I don't have to search and click multiple places to find the information that I need. Thanks!

AJ Ortega: This is very high on our priority list.
