Treatment Card improvements

It's clear that one Treatment Card (Tx Card) can't meet everyone's needs. Last year, we introduced the Compact View to provide a more unified and efficient view of patient appointments, which helped some customers.
There's still work to be done.
We recently conducted a survey to identify the most and least important aspects of the Tx Card. Our goal is to optimize space so doctors and clinical staff can focus on what's important.
Findings:
*
Images, notes, and Tx card notes
: About 50% of respondents felt these need to be always accessible, while the other 50% were fine with them being accessible but not constantly visible.*
Patient header and Tx Card header
: We determined which elements are crucial and which can be less prominent.Flexibility is key to a Tx Card that meets diverse needs. Whether you prefer the current version or want something more tailored, this feature will help us get closer to meeting everyone's preferences.

Once treatment starts -- I don't have the need to see the TX, Notes Box, TX Plan Notes. and Images prominently displayed. I would prefer to easily see the previous notes. The "SEE ALL NOTES" at the top of the treatment card is poorly positioned. If anything, it should be directly above the active note for the current day's treatment card.

Kathy E. I actually like all that info available.. It would be great if the tx card could be more customizable by a settings view and be able to select the fields that we want or not displayed..

By the date at the top right, could the day of the week also be included for quick reference? ex: "Thu, April 2nd, 2026"

Patient header and treatment card. patient billing zipcode and phone number. ideally to make everyone happy have just spots where it displays and we just pick what we want it to display from a list of options. seems like the simplest way

Dont love the select the next apt and choose after which apt it goes etc.. it's very tedious and confusing to make next apts. Can we do something similar to how cloud9 does where there's a "next visit" section part of the treatment card entry where you type what you want to do next visit and also select the apot type and then ti auto generates that apt type as the next apt ready to be scheduled and also auto inputs your NV notes into that next apt. Currently my girls type for example "NV: ST rotations" at the bottom of the current treatment note and then also go down in the next visit notes and type it there again- very repetitive.

I'd like to be able to make the top portion of the TX CARD to condense , like grab the bottom of it and move it up or down to show less of the Notes , TX Plan, Images, and more of the TX Card note entries.... If that makes sense.
Renee Moran
Kristina Luka, this is so critical if you have smaller screens (tablets or small laptop). It makes the Tx card unusabe with the small percentage of actual notes.

Is there a way to adjust the treatment card notes section so it doesn't condense the notes that we type in? It is very difficult to view when I constantly have to hover on it. And it won't show the full note if you scroll down. It only pops up when you hover, which is very cumbersome.
